Engage aspiring professionals in our effective externship and mentoring program to enhance their professional development and career advancement. We will take care of the rest from marketing, mentee administration and support, and networking.
A mentor is someone who puts on many hats, from being a trusted adviser and teacher to being an accountability partner, supporter and wise counsel to another person. Adopting such a selfless role to support the development, advancement and success of someone else does not only benefit mentees, but the mentors themselves. You may not have considered it before, but becoming a mentor for Speedy Mentors can be a step in the right direction for you and here are some good reasons why.
Mentoring need not be a paid gig because it usually develops naturally, especially in the office. Although we always appreciate knowledgeable mentors mentoring others for free, we believe that the insight, experience, expertise and support you can give deserves more than just a verbal expression of appreciation.
As a mentor, you may initially feel like you are doing the most giving. But, you will eventually realise that one of the best gifts of being in mentoring relationships is that you are building your own leadership abilities. Being a mentor sets you up as a role model that others look up to. On top of that, you get the opportunity to build a network.
We strive to provide the best quality with our externship & mentorship program. To deliver on that goal, we continuously improve the process of our mentor recruitment to make sure that we are getting the best professionals for the job. If you are interested in becoming one of our mentors, you need to undertake the following steps.

We want you to be confident in your decision to become a mentor so that you will be able to make the most out of this opportunity and experience. We have put together this FAQ so you have an idea of what to expect from the role.

That depends on you and what your schedule would permit. We understand that you are likely working full-time or have other commitments that you cannot simply set aside.
