I’m a QA tester at ServiceNow. I’ve been with them since 2019 and have been involved in executing testing for a various business workflow software. I conduct unit, system, performance, load, regression, data, and stress tests, and also provide detailed reports on bugs/errors and quality metrics. With the rest of the team, we have managed to create a comprehensive database of documented defects and testing procedures that now serves as a reference for other testing projects.

I always feel good and productive supporting people on their path to professional development and career advancement. I, myself, have also received tons of help when I was starting out in my career. That is why I feel the need to give back to the community because I know how valuable and life-changing a little help can do. For the last year, I’ve already mentored a couple of college students in software testing, and I want to continue doing this by expanding my reach to new graduates and aspiring software testers.
