I've been in the project management industry for almost 7 years. My professional experience has taught me one thing: Companies always seek talented individuals who can help them solve their business-related problems. And that’s where project managers like me come in!

I started my career as a junior project management staff for a startup. I was responsible for supporting the development of data migration strategy and data design. I also worked on a project where I was responsible for designing and deploying the go-live support plan.

After gaining enough experience, I moved to IBM where I now work as a senior project manager. Covering the entire project lifecycle, I create data migration plan and prepare and execute data migrations. I also manage the team, schedule resources, and track project finances. Despite the challenges of project management, what I love about this field is that there is always room for growth and development. Also, no two projects are ever the same, so there is always something new to learn.
