Mathematician based in Spain. What I really enjoy is developing math tools to solve open problems that concern both my academic and professional interests, from pure to applied mathematics, respectively.

As data scientist, I am strongly encouraged by challenging problems, concerning:
· Machine Learning algorithms.
· Deep Learning applications (CNN, Medicine, bidirectional systems,...)
• Natural Language Processing.
· Bayesian Methods and Optimization problems.

I've had the chance to work in many professional sectors, including research projects that lead to scientific contributions. The most distinguised projects I've been (or currently am) involved in are listed below:

~Financial & trading (risk management, forex predictions,...)
~Health: Image processing models, COVID-19 interactive visualisation & forecast.
~Sports: Early detection of high-performance athletes.
~Education: Grades prediction, student & teacher engagement (semisupervised model rewarded by Google Tech team), recommendation systems.
~Social media: Sentiment analysis, embeddings, NLP tools.

Therefore, I have lots of experience both with the essential data-science tools (numpy, pandas, sklearn,...) and some of the state of the art techniques (MonteCarlo dropout, neural networks, word embeddings,...).
