While deployed to Afghanistan, Mr. Roosevelt served in multiple capacities ranging from special assistant to Resolute Support Group Commander, senior cyber advisor to the Afghan National Army & Ministry of Defense assisting U.S. forces transition control from the U.S. to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIROA) as a part of the U.S withdrawal effort. After the war, he returned home to raise his daughter and be more active in Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs. Mr. Roosevelt is an entrepreneur, politician, cyber expert. He serves as the Chairman of A.R. International Consulting, LLC.
